When do you dispatch your boxes?
Any orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next day.
Any orders placed from 2pm on Friday until Sunday 11:59pm will be dispatched the following Monday. This excludes bank and public holidays.
All orders automatically come with free postage using DPD or Royal Mail Services (2-3 working days) shipping as standard. Please send me a note at checkout if you would like to upgrade your postage option.

You will receive your tracking reference to the email that you gave with your order once your gift box has been dispatched.


Can I put a gift message with my order?
All orders have the option of adding a personalised gift message to it. Each message will be hand-written and placed into your gift box.

Do you offer custom boxes?
Yes! We are more than happy to discuss an idea that you may have for a gift box so that we can get to work creating your perfect gift. Some customers like to pick and choose from the products they see across each of our boxes. Just send us a message and we'll get straight back to you to collaborate!


Can I purchase a box now but choose my own delivery date?
Absolutely. Please leave a note to us in the ‘message to seller’ box detailing the date you’d like it to be delivered and we’ll work out the best date to dispatch it for you. If you forget, just pop us a message as soon as you can after you’ve purchased and we’ll sort it!

We sadly cannot guarantee it will arrive on the specific date due to courier delays at the current time, but we will do everything we can at our end to ensure it gets there when you want it to.


Do you put a receipt or any pricing information in the parcel?
No, we don’t put any prices or cost information into the parcel, unless including a receipt is specifically requested.

If you need a receipt for personal or expenses purposes, please contact us and we'll go from there.


Is your packaging sustainable?
The short answer is yes! We pride ourselves on beautifully gift-wrapped boxes that are 100% sustainable right down to the plant-based ink that’s used! Check out our packaging video to see how your gift box arrives. With every box that you order we also plant a tree through our partnership with Packedhelp, to offset our carbon footprint too.


Are your products safe for pregnant women?
All products in our Parenthood gift box are safe for pregnant women.
To note, it’s recommended to consult your GP before using any new products while pregnant.


What do I do if I’m not happy with my purchase?
We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your gift box. Please send us a message through our contact form including your name, date of order and we’ll get straight back to you with a solution.
